Aries saved the day when a pre-booked car with one of the major companies fell through just an hour before I was due to board the 6 hour flight from Brisbane. I was stressed and Sue was incredibly kind and helpful.The car was perfectly clean, pick up and drop off was smooth and when I accidentally left a parcel in the car, they agreed to post it to me. Highly recommend!

I love this car rental company. I used 3 in Australia. This is the best one. They are so relaxed and patient. We got a car that was q bit used but still new. When I say used i mean it had usage marks. So I was not really worried about insurrance when returning. Airport shuttle was personal and fast. But I really can't stress enough how nice ir was tp use aries due to the very relaxed approach. They were also extremely patient with me in prebooking. Thank you

We had a goood experience renting from Aries Car rental. We got a 12 seater Commuter.. big and spacious .. we rent it from the city and return it at Kewdale.. 5 mins drive from the Airport and since it was during office hours, we had a free airport transfer back to the terminal.. will rent again from Them when I am in perth!

No hidden cost and great service! I had bank issue in receiving the refund of deposit on the day of returning the car. I dealt with the bank back in my home country which delayed fixing the issue. After telling them the bank issue, they IMMEDIATELY refund to my other bank account. More efficient than the bank! Bonus - they open at 7am, perfect to return car for morning departure.

我们一家人来到珀斯旅行，当中有两个老人，有可能是他们这一辈子最后一次出国旅行，同时也是他们第一次来西方国家旅行。 来珀斯也算是距离马来西亚最靠近的西方城市，所以住在 Hay Street 的 Metro Hotel Perth City 是个明智的选择，老人吵着要吃中餐，只需步行3分钟就到 China Panda Bar & Kitchen， 那里有各式各样的中餐让他们挑选。说到在珀斯租车，不得不提 Aries Car Rental 。 就如前面所说的，住在这条街，简直是一箭三雕！我们先把老人放在酒店房内休息， 只需步行3分钟，大约220米就能够去到 Aries Car Rental 租车， 之后再把车子驾到酒店的停车场，把老人和行李弄上车，踩油就走！这种配合和安排简直是天衣无缝！后来在途中遇到好几位移居珀斯的中国人，他们一直绕着我们的车子左看右看，打开话闸子了，聊起在澳大利亚租车的事， 他们竟然说我们的车子很新，租车费好便宜喔！之前也有油管网红 KL LIEW 曾经介绍过这里，可是我们也不是看了她的视频才来这里租车的，我们也是后来才知道的，所以我这一个review不是业配哦～接下来是个私人广告时间，我是一个来自马来西亚的中医师，很喜欢到世界各地旅行并且为旅程做一些视频的纪录和写博文。

Rented two cars while over in Perth as we swapped to smaller car once friends went home. They were very flexible and explained the hire agreement thoroughly. Competitive prices with different options depending on km need. Hired from East Perth. Airport Kewdale office drop off with shuttle worked well. Bond returned immediately. Highly recommend.

I booked online for a sedan with airport transfer to their office at Kewdale. Nic attended to me and provided good driving tips for me. Due to a change in plan, I decided to extend my rental and completed the paperwork and payment at their CBD office. I left in a rush and forgot my driver license, but the lady managed to reach me to return it. Many thanks for helping me. All the other staff were also very helpful; Ian and the ladies whom I did not manage to get their names both at Kewdale and downtown CBD locations. The car was fine throughout my 10 days rental and overall it was a great drive and stay in Perth. Will rent from them again should I visit Perth again.

Kami bertujuh sewa mobil selama 3 hari dan extend lagi untuk 1 hari. Di karenakan untuk sewa 1 hari saja lebih mahal akhirnya tambah menjadi 2 hari. Kami ambil paket full risk, sehingga aman. Mobilnya bersih, bagus. Karena kami tinggalnya di condotel mantra on hay yang terletak di seberang persewaan mobil ini jadi menghemat untuk parkir kalau malam. Pelayanan ramah.
