We are a Perth-based company that provides great customer service, the newest vehicles, and the best prices. Our published rates are inclusive of GST, unlike some other car rental companies. We also promise no hidden fees, ever.
What are the minimum requirements to hire a car?
Due to insurance requirements, the minimum hire age is 22 years.
You must produce your physical driver’s licence upon pick up, and if your licence is not in English you will need to provide an International Driving Permit as supporting documents.
We are unable to accept Provisional (Red or Green), Probationary or Extra-ordinary (E) licence.
A copy of your licence will be retained for our records and we may require further proof of identity for verification purposes.
How do you make an online booking?
You can book online at the best guaranteed rates here.
You will receive an automated reply informing you that we have received your booking and are processing it.
A return confirmation will be sent via email and a one day non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any vehicle. All paid bookings are guaranteed a vehicle.
Do we accept walk-in bookings?
We strongly advise you to book online. This way, you will get an instant quote for your vehicle of choice.
However, if you need further clarification and would like further assistance, please contact the branch that you wish you collect your vehicle from. We are readily available on Whatsapp for your convenience.
What is our cancellation policy?
If the vehicle is unavailable at the point of booking, no booking or hire fees will be charged. A one day non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. In the event of a cancellation, it will be forfeited.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept debit and credit cards in Visa and Master only and the card must show the card number and card holder’s name.
Payments for rental must be the same as the rental agreement holder. We do not accept cash or payments over the phone.
A bond will be charged for all hires (even with $0 excess fees) and is to be refunded subject to vehicle fuel and condition on return.
Payments for vehicle extensions must be made in person or via electronic bank transfer (EFT) only.
Can I pay with a different credit card when collecting the vehicle? What happens if the driver and payee are a different person?
Yes, you can pay with a different credit or debit card upon pick up, but the card has to be present and verification completed.
A different payee is allowed if they agree to be listed as part of the agreement holder, regardless on whether that person is driving or not. There is a one-off additional driver fee of $20.00 for each driver and a maximum of two additional drivers are allowed.
Is a bond required?
Yes, there is a bond collected for every hire. The amount varies according to vehicle type and will be charged on your credit or debit card.
What is the difference between the local and unlimited km plan?
Our best value standard hire gives you a 100km/day included per hire day and this reduces the cost of hire if you are only using our vehicles metro travel only. Kilometres are accumulated over the course or hire (7 days = 700kms included) Excess kilometres are charged at 33 cents per km.
Unlimited mileage option is available and offers more value particularly if a visit our popular Southwest or Northwest regions is on the cards.
For travel beyond the 500km radius, Remote Area surcharge of $150.00 applies. This allows you to travel between the boundaries of Exmouth, Meekatharra, Kalgoorlie, Norseman and Esperance.
Do I need to pay for fuel and clean the car?
You need to pay for any fuel that you use. We supply a full tank and expect that you’ll return with a full tank. Re-fuelling charges apply at a charge of $45.00 per quarter tank.
All rental vehicles should be returned in the same condition when it was rented in. Additional cleaning fee applies for vehicles returned with excessive rubbish or sand or pet hair. All our cars are smoke free and penalties of up to $220.00 applies if smoke smell is present in the vehicle.
What is an excess and how do I reduce it?
All our cars come with comprehensive insurance, but as with all insurance claims there is a payable component called an EXCESS in the event of an accident. The excess amount varies according to the vehicle class and ranges from $0.00 excess – $5,000 depending on the type of vehicle.
For example, a car with $5,000 standard liability means that any damages caused by the hirer up to $5,000 in repair costs will be paid by the hirer. This payment for repair costs is called the ‘excess’.
You can reduce the excess by taking the Liability Reduction Fee (LRF) option, which offers flat daily fee to reduce the standard excess to $0 (a minimum of $600.00 for larger vehicles excess depending on the vehicle class.
Please note an admin or towing fee may apply depending on the nature and location of the vehicle retrieval process.
What is not covered under the comprehensive insurance?
Our comprehensive insurance covers collision damages to the vehicle as a result of an accident limited to a maximum amount of $50,000.
Please note that all our vehicles must be used on sealed roads ONLY. For more details on the terms and conditions of your car hire, refer to part B in our hire agreement.
What should I do in the event of an accident?
Please remain calm and do not admit liability or make any offer or promise of settlement without the company’s consent. Where there is damage to the vehicle or a person injured, the police should be informed immediately.
Promptly report the accident and all details to the company’s office, together with a police report lodged within 24 hours. In the event of an accident and obtain all relevant details from the 3rd party. This includes their name, contact information and insurer’s details.
Towing should only be released to our towing partner WESTWIDE TOWING on 0475 205 002 (available 24hrs/7days)
Are baby and children seats compulsory in Western Australia?
In Western Australia, it is compulsory for children up to the age of 7 to be seated in an approved seat.
We provide baby and booster seats for hire with a rental agreement, it cannot be hired individually. We do suggest to pre-book the seats to avoid disappointment.

Can I drop off the vehicle on a public holiday?
Afterhours key drop is available; however you will be charged for the rental until the following business day.
What happens if you need to change your booking?
Please contact us via email, phone or Whatsapp as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your existing or upcoming booking.

Note: Please note we do not have a kiosk at the airports. All collections and returns are to be made to our depot in 7 Aitken Way, Kewdale 6105. Our shuttle bus service operates from 7:00am daily 7 days a week (except public holidays) up to 10:00pm weekday and 6:00pm weekends.
