Aries Car Rental Kewdale is strategically located close to all Perth airports. Our convenient airport shuttle is available 7 days a week with long operational hours to cater for your arrival and departure needs. Simply call or book online with your rental car to organise for the transfer shuttle by selecting the shuttle service options according to your airline’s terminal.

HOW TO

BOOK YOUR SHUTTLE

For online bookings, please select location tags as Perth International Airport T1/T2, Perth Domestic Airport T3/T4 or General Aviation. Alternatively, please contact us at +61861652422 or +61415359777 (Whatsapp) for assistance.

Please allow for 10-15 minutes for our representative to meet you at the designated locations with our marked shuttle vehicle.

SHUTTLE PICK UP POINT GUIDE

Terminals T1 & T2

Upon clearing the custom checkpoint or collected luggage:

Our shuttle service runs on demand so once you have your passengers and bags ready, please call us on +618 6165 2422 or +61 415 359 777

International Arrivals T1 : Head towards the left exit and wait at pick up Zone L or M 

Domestic Arrivals T1 & T2 : Proceed to T1 Domestic pick up zone – Zone C

Signal our shuttle vehicle with our “Aries Car Rental – Shuttle” signage.

Our shuttle will then transfer you to our airport branch at 7 Aitken Way, Kewdale WA 6105

Note: Please note our shuttle buses may not be suitable for young infants and oversize/large cargo. If you have full capacity, we may only transfer the driver to pick your vehicle up.

General Aviation: Skippers/Cobham etc , please wait outside the respective companies.

Airport Car Returns

VEHICLE RETURNS & DROP OFFS

All vehicles must be returned to the Kewdale depot

Guide Only: Domestic flights allow 2 hours, International flights allow 3 hours.

 

FUEL UP 

Remember to fuel up to full before returning. Fuel charges apply minimum $45 if returned less.

 

BAGS AND PASSENGER DROP (for large groups)

For groups larger than 4 please drop passengers and bags to the terminal prior to returning the vehicle to avoid delays on return vehicle inspection process.

 

KEYDROPS AND AFTER HOUR VEHICLE RETURNS

  • Domestic Flights: Allow 2 hours before your flight.
  • International Flights: Allow 3 hours before your flight.

For out of office hours return, drop off procedure will be provided via email upon online booking submitted or during the point of pick up.

CBD and Airport Hotel Pick Ups

Shuttle transfers available (within 5km of depots) with prior arrangement *not applicable during peak seasons, school holidays and public holidays*
