Licence Requirements
Physical licence must be provided for authentication. Strictly No Probationary (P1,P2) Extraordinary Licence (E) or Learners (L)
Licences must be in English or provide a English translation (by relevant authorities i.e NAATI)
The minimum age for hiring a vehicle is 22 years, except for 9-12 seaters and luxury vehicles, where the minimum hire age is 25 years.
An age surcharge of $11 per day applies to drivers who are under 25 years old or over 75 years old.
Additional Driver
Each additional driver will incur a fee of $20.00 for the duration of the rental. Maximum of 3 drivers per vehicle.
All additional drivers must be present upon pickup to sign rental agreement and present physical driver license.
Rental With Limited Kilometres
Excess kilometres are charged at the following rates: 33 cents per km for economy to family sized sedans and 38 cents per km for SUV and people movers.
Rental With Unlimited Kilometres
Alternative Rate plans with no kilometres limit is available; please select the most suitable rate plan for you before you book. Please refer approved Area of Use for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation of a booking, a one-day car rental charge is applicable in advance. This charge is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the booking date. For all other cancellation requests, a written request is mandatory. Any refunds will be subject to management approval and will be processed within reasonable limits.
Bond
Upon collecting your car, a bond will be charged to your debit/credit card. The bond amount varies depending on the type of vehicle rented, with a minimum amount ranging from $500 to $2,000. Please note that the bond applies to all hires.
Payment and Card Policy
We only accept Visa and Mastercard for transactions.
The credit card used for payment must belong to the rental agreement holder. Third-party payments are not accepted.
The physical card associated with the rental agreement must be presented for the transaction, along with the corresponding PIN.
Bond Refund Process:
Bond refunds may vary depending on the policies of individual banks. Please allow 5-14 working days for local banks and additional time for international banks to process refunds.
Management Discretion:
The management reserves all rights to reject rental requests that do not fully meet the above conditions.
