Driver’s Licence
A physical driver’s license must be presented for authentication. The following license types are strictly not accepted: Probationary (P1, P2), Extraordinary (E), or Learner’s (L) licenses from all states.
Licenses must be in English or accompanied by an official English translation from a recognized authority (e.g., NAATI).
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 22 years. (8-12 seaters and luxury vehicles, minimum rental age of 25 years)
An age surcharge of $11 per day applies to drivers over 75. Please check with office for latest insurance requirement.
Additional Drivers
Each additional driver will incur a one-time fee of $20 for the entire rental duration, with a maximum of three drivers per vehicle.
All additional drivers must be present at the time of pickup to sign the rental agreement and provide a physical driver’s license.
Rental With Limited Kilometres
If you exceed the allocated kilometers for your rental period, an additional charge of 33 cents per kilometer will apply.
Rental With Unlimited Kilometres*
Alternative rate plans with unlimited kilometers* are available. Please choose the plan that best suits your needs before booking. Please note our range extends to 1250km out of Perth only and strictly no interstate travel. Refer to the approved Area of Use for more details.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, a one-day car rental charge will be applied in advance. This charge is non-refundable as the vehicle is guaranteed. Any refunds are subject to management approval and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Bond
When collecting your vehicle, a bond will be charged to your debit or credit card in addition to your hire costs.
The bond amount varies based on the vehicle type, ranging from a minimum of $500 to $2,000. This bond is required for all rentals.
Payment and Card Policy
We accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions.
The card used for payment must belong to the rental agreement holder and must be physically present at the time of payment. Third-party payments are not accepted.
The physical card associated with the rental agreement must be presented for first time transactions, along with the corresponding PIN.
Bond Refund Process:
Bond refund processing times may vary based on individual bank policies. Please allow 5–14 working days for local banks and additional time for international banks to complete the refund.
Management Discretion:
Management reserves the right to decline rental requests that do not fully comply with the above conditions and the fair use policy.
